EcoSpace: A Blueprint for Sustainable Luxury

The world’s first luxury home built entirely with Zerocrete, where the waste of our past can build the most beautiful vision of our future.

A House With A Purpose

Nestled in the scenic landscape of Riebeek Kasteel, EcoSpace is a living testament to a revolutionary idea. Developed as a proof of concept, EcoSpace demonstrates that luxurious, modern living and profound environmental responsibility can coexist in perfect harmony.

Every wall, floor, and surface of this 305-square-metre home is crafted from Zerocrete, a visionary material born from reclaimed plastic, fabric, and glass waste that would otherwise have been destined for landfills. EcoSpace was designed to be a blueprint and a tangible example of how we can build stunning architectural spaces that actively contribute to healing our planet.

The Zerocrete Impact: From Waste to Wonder

The construction of this single home represents a monumental environmental achievement.
By choosing to build with Zerocrete, we transformed what was once destined for a landfill into the very fabric of this beautiful space.

A Tour of Conscious Living

Spanning 305 square metres, this double-story home is meticulously designed for modern life, with every detail showcasing the versatility of Zerocrete.

The expansive ground floor features a large, open-plan living area that seamlessly connects the lounge, dining space, entertainment and outside areas, all defined by polished Zerocrete surfaces. The home offers two serene en-suite bedrooms; the main suite includes a full bathroom with a luxurious bath and shower, while the guest suite features a modern shower room.

Upstairs, a versatile office or studio provides a quiet retreat, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. With a total of 3.5 bathrooms and a spacious garage, EcoSpace is a complete, functional home that compromises on nothing.

The Beauty in the Details

Look closer, and you’ll see the story of Zerocrete embedded in every surface. Flecks of coloured glass catch the light in the countertops. Subtle fibres add texture and warmth to the walls. Polished plastics create a terrazzo-like depth in the floors.

Zerocrete materials are strong, sustainable, and uniquely beautiful with a character that cannot be replicated. It is a constant, tangible reminder of its restorative origins.

Build Your Own Sustainable Legacy

The EcoSpace house is an invitation to a world of possibilities using Zerocrete materials.

An invitation to rethink construction, to challenge the conventional, and to build beautiful spaces that are restorative to our planet.

Whether your project is a new home, a commercial development, or a bespoke piece.
